For more than four decades, Ramón Lozano has been dedicated to the casting of non ferrous metals, mainly brass. Due to the huge concentration of lighting and furniture manufacturers in Valencia, our company got specialized in the production of decorative metal components for these sectors and  we became suppliers of the most prestigious companies. This fact has impress in our historical memory a high level of commitment with our customers that, together with the experienced obtained through the years, we put at your disposal.

Our production facilities are divided in following sections:

• Casting section: it is in charge of the production of castings in brass or aluminium.  
• Stamping section: it is in charge of the production of hot stampings from  brass bar or preforma.
• Tool, die and mould making: it allows us to keep and increase our inventory of moulds which is one of our most valuable treasures.
• Machining section: it is in charge of all extra machining of our pieces: holes, threads, rivets…

We do also mantain a wide warehouse of standard pieces which allows us to offer very competitive delivery times.

At last, but not least, we count with two very high added value departments:

• Our techincal department, in charge of the R+D of our company  
• And our quality department which is completely involved in the Implementation of the manual of quality according to norms ISO 9002
